Description: 12 Productions Belize, Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated self starter who is intelligent, organized, honest, well spoken and individual who is fluent in Spanish and English, with superb writing skills. Some college or university preferred, but not required. It is, however, required that the selected candidate be prompt, professional, and possess a strong sense and understanding of confidentiality. Since I do not always possess fantastic interpersonal skills, you must. The selected candidate will work intimately with the day to day operations of the “maya Marriage of Many” Event and will have the potential to interact with all levels of staff, management and government in both the US and Belize. This is a future growth opportunity for the right candidate.

Other Requirements:

Belize Permanent Residency or Citizenship Required.
Must be able to travel to the US.
Internet connectivity at your place of residence.
Prefer no cat allergies i’m a foster mom to cat.
Ability to get South of Victoria House at least once per week to start.
Ability to travel nationally and internationally with little to no notice.

Job Responsibilities include:

Filing
Responding to email as directed
Blogging as directed
Editing Press Releases for national and international distribution
Writing Copy
Assisting in the creation of collateral materials and advertising
Light Accounting
Update and Maintain Social Media
Assist with the coordination of all elements needed to create the entire Event including but not limited to vendors, clients, government officials, associated paperwork, assorted media, sponsors and collaborators
